We should have read the reviews before buying. Our mistake. We went to mattress warehouse and the diagnostics machine told us which mattresses we should choose from. The kingsdown Juliet in the store was amazing. Also with a 20 yr warranty. Not even a month in after receiving this $3,000 mattress. We were hurting so bad bc of it being to firm. Mattress warehouse told us to "jump on the bed to break it in". Really? And kingsdown will not honor anything. We have had to keep this pos for over 2 years now. Still paying on it. And our fingers go numb every night. Backs hurt and my husbands shoulder is killing him. NEVER BUY KINGSDOWN!

We bought this mattress because the one on display at Sit n Sleep was firm, edges did not sag and was recommended based on there sleep analysis. Within 2 weeks the mattress started sagging and we are sleeping in a hole. We are not heavy people and no reason for it to break down in 2 weeks. Hard to even turn over its so saggy. Not having any luck getting Kingsdown to honor. Looks like we are out $1500.00 for a piece of crap. Stay away from this product.

I bought Kingston vogue queen mattress first 3 months were alright after that I started feeling springs going into my back it started to sink in the middle now 6 months later have to turn the mattress every 2 weeks awful awful mattress my serta lasted 10 years never had a problem I paid $ 1200 for this awful what a mess I wake up with a sore back every morning
