I purchased a Kingsdown from BedMart 5 years ago and about a 7 months ago it started sagging. I've sent photos and it is clearly sagging.

They say it does not qualify for a warrantee.

If I had only read the reviews before hand I would have gotten a different mattress.

Fake warrantee!

Do not waste your money on Kingsdown!

Horrible Sagging

We bought the Kingsdown Exquisite Romance Innerspring Mattress. I didn’t see that one listed to a write a review on, but it was purchased at sleep experts 2 yrs ago and I’m writing my review on it here. At first glance the mattress was comparable to my old Beautyrest, which I loved and had for 10 yrs. It eventually had body impressions so it was time for a new mattress. This Kingsdown broke down with body impressions within 6 months, it became so bad there was a huge hump in the middle that was uncomfortable for even my kids to lay on. My husband and I sunk into the sides so much we both felt like we were suffocating, literally it was so bad being intimate made me claustrophobic. We are an average size 180 and 130, nothing that should cause us to sink so bad. When I made my bed, the hump in the middle was extremely obvious, looked like I had a rod sitting under the sheets. WORST BED EVER!!! We wake up to back pain daily as you can imagine. Sleep Experts didn’t have anything else we wanted to exchange it for so we have felt stuck since we only get store credit. We finally just bought something elsewhere, and are going to go to Kingsdown directly for how horrible this product is. Can’t NOT RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS ENOUGH!

I bought the Sleep to Live mattress with a Euro Top for about $3,000. I am 65 and this is the worst mattress I have ever owned. There are 3 different firmness levels and I got Medium. I wake up every morning with lower back pain. I finally got a mattress topper which has helped. Another thing to note, is the height of the mattress. My deep pocket sheets don’t fit because the mattress is too high. Now that I added a topper, the sheets only cover half of the bed. Kingsdown cannot guarantee comfort and the retail furniture chain went out of business so I am stuck with this monstrosity.
