This bed was supposed to last up to 20 years but if anyone weights around 215 pounds a rut will form in less than a year. Thank goodness I bought it at Costco and will receive a full refund

Pros:

Costco sold it so I can get my money back.

We bought the adjustable version of this mattress after having back pain from mild arthritis and other back issues and our previous innerspring mattress was about 14 yrs. old. I was told by the salesperson this was the greatest product out there and was excellent for those with arthritis, fibromylagia, back issues etc. Was told the high quality latex didn't outgas like tempurpedic, get hot, last 20 yrs, and we wouldn't find ourselves sagging or sinking in to the mattress but the mattress would alleviate overall pressure points. We have never had a comfortable night sleep on this bed. Bought mattress toppers to try and make more comfortable. Now 3 yrs later, the mattress sides have failed and literally sink in if you sit on the edge or press with your hands. There is a big hump in the middle between my husband and I and we aren't larger people, not that that should really matter. It feels like a big "air pocket" developed on my side and when I got into bed at night I could feel myself lying at an angle, my left hip felt lower than the right...very uncomfortable. The result is waking up with horrible lower back pain and upper back pain from being twisted during the night. I've been going to my chiropractor now just to get thru it all. But once I get back into the bed at night, which I now dread, it undoes any successful adjustment I've had. My husband is also waking up with back pain and his side near the edge is also starting to "cave in" Their warranty is worthless, we finally went out and researched matrresses and tested them out. Will never go the full latex or tempurpedic style bed again. If you hear the mattress needs a "break in" period...run away fast. They are not the new way to sleep. I'm actually afraid to go to bed at night now on this Natures Rest bed because I know the horrible pain I will wake up with in the middle of the night or when I first get up in the morning. This model has also been discontinued. We have finally decided on a Simmons Beauty Rest Black and it felt so great to lie on a bed and actually be straight, not leaning off to a side. Also with this style bed there is no "break in" period. What you feel in the store is what you get at home. We had to walk all over the Nature's Rest mattress, even had our teenager walk on it to try and "break it in" The Beauty Rest Black is a combo new bed of individually pocketed coils for comfortable support and combined layers of memory foam for softness, but support and firmness from the coils which also alleviate partner motion. Our latex mattress was suppose to do that but my husband would flip over on his side and I'd bounce! Don't ever remember these kind of things ever happening all those years we were on an innerspring mattress before. Only went for the Nature's Rest because it was adjustable which is the only thing we like. The new Beauty Rest Black can be used on the adjustable foundation.

So extremely disappointed in the Nature's Rest latex mattress, especially since we sacrificed to pay so much money for what was suppose to be a great bed and no we can't get a dime back to help pay for the new bed and I don't want another Spring Air product.

Pros:

The adjustable base but the mattress itself is a nightmare.

Cons:

There is nothing we like about this bed whatsoever, it's horrible, dips, sags, and had me sleeping on an angle as it developed a slope. Huge waste of $$$

Terrible bed. Worthless 20 year warranty. After 6 months the "independent" warranty person came to inspect the bed. Well,
not bad enough. Came again 2 days ago and agreed it even looked worse. Well, not worse enough. This mattress set is useless. It will be going into the land fill and I will never buy from
this company or their selling company RC Willey again. No one seems to want to stand up to their poor products. If you like to sleep in a ditch with a mountainous ridge between you and the ditch on the other side of the bed, this is the one for you.

None

Cons:

Lumpy, deep body impressions, "independent" warranty is a crock. Useless warranty.
