Purchased the Kingsdown in 3/07; hardly slept in it as I travel a great deal for work. In 9/09 I noticed significant dipping in the middle of the mattress. After contacting Kingsdown, they sent me a kit to test the 'dippinesss' and had me take pictures. End result...they considered this 'normal' wear. I spent $3400 for a bed that has significant dipping after only 2 yrs of use - which now has caused significant lower back pain as well. Also, I've slept alone on this bed during this time. There CS department is the absolute worse to deal with.

Yes I bought this product Sept. 07 it's like sleeping on a mountain rolling down hill,with a ridge down the middle We have dips and rises in the mattress.When getting out of bed you have to climb out. Kingsdown says our mattresses rap around you in the place of you laying on top.I could possibly rates this as a one star. I would not reccomend this mattress to anyone, Should have stayed with Serta..

Very soft but supportive bed. No more pressure point pain!
