We are both already sleeping in holes and wake up with back, shoulder and neck pain. We rotated it often at first but it did not help.

You always feel hot and it has terrible dips. A really bad decision after months of mattress shopping.

Well, the verdict is in and I am happy to say that Raymour & Flanigan are standing up to the warranty and giving me the option to choose another mattress. Although the product only gets 1 star I am giving Raymour & Flanigan a five star rating for customer service! Oh and let me add that they were indeed on time which made me even happier!

My mattress woes are huge! I purchased this mattress 5 years ago and 2 years later my pain was intolerable. Raymour & Flanigan sent out a technician and he agreed the mattress had failed and it was promptly replaced at no cost to us. Well here it it 2 years and some months later and yes, sag like before, maybe even worse, with backaches which are again intolerable. A technician will be out today and i am praying that I can rid myself of this dilemma, I have learned that I will no longer allow myself to be talked into a product that boasts one thing but produces yet another. Sad thing is that this defective product was made in our USA. Wow what a disappointment!

Pros:

It was comfortable for the first year or two then all bets are off.

Cons:

Major sag at lower back are where most of a body's weight lies. Please note I am 130 lbs and husband is 180. We are definitely not over sized people. Huge dividing line down the middle of the bed which causes both of us to roll left by our lower back and butt. There is also a bulge at the foot of the bed and you can see how the mattress has misshaped.
