We just bought our 2nd Englander Resort Collection mattress. We have had our queen size Atlantis Aloe pillow top for about 8 years and let me tell you it was amazing. Best sleep ever. We decided to upgrade to a king size recently and wanted to get a new one. We went to our local Englander dealer and they hooked us up with the exact same model. They were able to get the same bed built for us just like we wanted. so happy ????. We highly recommend this brand.

Purchased 2017 Feb 16 Englander Mattress set...after 5 months begin to have sagging on both sides where I laid & my husband...as months went by continued to worsen & back pain begin to worsen,,,after 11 months went back retailer where purchases....this retailer policy is not to come look at this problem,. so you have to take all these pictures so they can go Mfgr...to see what Englander is going to do....this is poorest customer service I've ever experienced from any retailer has been 3 wks & haven't had a response from Englander....do not purchase this product....poor quality with a big cost....will not be replacing with Englander....last mattress was Stearn & Foster & after 16 yrs was better mattress than Englander after 11 months..unhappy customer

Sleeping in troughs

This is the third matress in a row where, after a small number of years, four in this case, after dutifully rotating (flipping is no longer an option) we find ourselves sleeping in troughs.
The previous mattress, don't remember the brand, was a pillow top. We were able to get a replacement for the it under warranty. A rep came and measured the depth of the troughs before deciding. When we found ourselves in troughs with the replacment we decided to try a non pillpw top.
Can someone provide the name of a matress that is comfortable and can be flipped? Earlier in lfe matresses lasted decades. I can't help thinking, with the profusion and multiplication of mattress sellers that planned obsolescence hasn't become too important of a factor.
