I have disliked this bed from the first night. Went back to the store within the 30 days trial period to complain and was given 190 days to continue to try it and allow for a "break in" period. I agree with other reviewers that the bed creates a trench for the body. I have wakened with a neck and hip ache every night I slept in the bed. I only realized the cause was the bed when I went on vacation for 3 weeks sleeping in a variety of beds (some in very poor shape) and still I woke without any neck or body aches. Upon my return, the aches started again. I am returning to the store today to find a new bed. Not sure if this is the case for all memory foams or just the iComfort.

Serta Perfect Sleeper

I bought a Perfect Sleeper in 2010, and it wasn't long before I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. I filed a warranty claim in 2012, but it didn't measure a full 1.5" depression when the inspector came. I put a few folded towels under the depression between mattress and box spring, and that helped my back. After 6 months, I filed another claim, and this time it met the rigid criteria, so I will be getting a new mattress set from Serta. Might try to sell it. It's crazy to spend so much money and turn the mattress over to sleep on the bottom.
