I bought a bed from Sit n Sleep in Laguna Hills. Probably a cousin to Sleepy's in the East because it sounds like they work the same way. Upon delivery, it had a huge ridge down the middle. Very uncomfortable, I feel I'm sleeping in a trench on one side with my wife in a trench on the other. When we tested the bed in the store, it didn't have the problem supposedly because it was a queen instead of a Cal. King. They tried to tell me this was normal but I'm tall and I've had many Cal Kings in my life and it isn't, especially in a new bed. I tried to return it and all they would do is make an exchange while charging me $300. I refused and decide to fight it. I've called everyone I could in Sit n Sleep from the salesman, the store manager, customer dis-service, customer service supervisors, managers etc. No supervisor or manager ever returned my call. I went to the store and told them I would be out from with a sign which reads "ask me about my Sit n Sleep experience." Another salesman there tried to call customer service for me, and all they would do is accept a return instead of an exchange while still charging me $300. I said that was unacceptable, the bed was different than what we tried in the store, and I'm not paying anything to return or exchange it. Bait and switch? Are floor models built better than the one you receive? I don't trust Sit n Sleep, should you? I don't think so!!! Research, Research, Research. That's the lesson I've learned, but I'm not done. By the way, I layed on a Miralux king bed in their showroom while I was there complaining, it didn't have the ridge problem, though is was an even more expensive mattress. But they told me "all" king mattresses have the problem?

Pros:

Doesn't transfer motion much.

Cons:

They also have a price match policy, but you'll never find this mattress branded with the "Olympus" model anywhere else. What good is a price match guarantee if you can't match it.

Bed has huge ridge down middle and trenches on each side. Was delivered that way!

Sit n Sleep will send you a bad bed, and you're stuck, you're down 20% of the cost and then you have to exchange it for another that you can't negotiate the price on.

We purchased this on Labor Day during their big sale, and just because we wanted to "think about it", he dropped the price $99.00 and said he would pay the sales tax. The total price drop without us even asking was$235.00. I think it had already been discounted $200.00.

If you pay their listed price on anything, you're being taken. I'm now sure that I could have gotten them down even more if I would have tried. Not sure why I didn't, probably because my wife was there and very emotional and excited about it. Bad move on my part!!!

Funny, their website propaganda is completely opposite of the way we were treated.

I bought a Queens size of Miralux Luxuriant Mattress for my mom‘s birthday present about two moth’s ago, and it cost me almost $2600. Well my mom kind of love it, even thought she blamed me all the time about the money I spent on it. She really enjoyed her sleep time, she liked MIralux‘s mattress because it was really soft and comfortable. She believed it was her best experience ever. After I read comments from others, I do not really think that is a big issue for me because my mom is having a good time, and I am thinking to buy one more Miralux for my kids in the future. I think $2600 of mattress is worth to buy it.

I have a real problem with my Miralux mattress. I paid nearly $2000.00 for a bed that no one should have to sleep in. The middle of the bed is high and the sides are so saggy that you fall into a hole. To travel across the bed it feels like you are climbing a mountain an when you try to make love in it, feels like you are in a hole. I have had an inspector come out and he said that the sag has to be 1 1/2 inches without anyone in the bed. I think Miralux bed is a rip off and they do not stand behind their warranty. I am very disappointed an will never buy another. I will tell all what I think of Miralux.
