Purchased their Serenity 3-layer natural latex mattress in 2012 for over $2500. Loved it at first. After 2 years, it started developing soft spots; after 3 years, about 1" of sag. Halfway through year 3, I contacted them and was informed their 20 year warranty doesn't kick in until there are 1.5" of visible sagging. (1.5" is A LOT when talking about a mattress; even as much as 1/2-3/4 inch can cause serious pain and alignment problems.). Unwilling to shell out more money for a mattress after having spent so much on this one, I continued to sleep on it, rotating it regularly to get away from the sags. After 4.5 years, I "finally" hit the magic mark of 1.5" of sag. I emailed them with photos, was told to disassemble the entire mattress and figure out exactly which layers were affected, and to send photos of my base to ,prove that wasn't the issue (it isn't). When I explained that evidently it is a cumulative effect, because the layers seem more or less fine on their own Savvy Rest then offered to have someone out to measure for me. I declined, completely frustrated and dumbfounded by this level of push-back and unwillingness to take action. Another year later, I'm now at 2 inches of sag and have decided to re-open the case, as the mattress is completely unusable at this point. TBD whether Savvy Rest will step in and resolve the issue.

TL;DR: outrageously priced, poor quality, doesn't last, awful customer service

We purchased a Taos model 4 years ago and after 3 years it went flat and concave with more than a body imprint.

I called up the company that now represents the product line and they tell me they are not the original manufacturers and will not replace or repair the mattress only that they will sell me a replacement model at wholesale cost plus shipping. Cost plus shipping is like buying another mattress and not acceptable.

Here's my issue with this:
1)The company took the namebrand, the product license for the US after the original company stopped selling in the US. They represent themselves as the original owner/mfg of the product. See quote on their website: "For over 20 years, Natura™ has designed exceptional sleep products"

2) Their warranty states they back up the product. However they dont, only their manufactured product. I certainly hope their own products are better than the original because the original manufactured mattress has serious defects. It went well beyond any body imprint to just completely flattened.

This is misleading. A company cannot advertise themselves as the original owner/manufacturer of the product then deny responsibility of servicing said product.

Do not buy Natura Mattresses from this company. If its even close to the same type of product, it will tank in 3 years or so.

I recently purchased the 10" Botanical Bliss Mattress after visiting my sister and sleeping on this bed in her guest room. After a week stay, I knew I had to have this bed! Luxuriously comfortable. It gives you layers of cushioned support and it soothes all pressure points on your body. I have never slept better and I feel great!
