After many months of searching and deliberating, we decided to order a Saatva Luxury Firm Cal King Mattress. Every part of the purchase and delivery went so smoothly, it amazed us. Ed Brians was our customer service contact. He went above and beyond our expectations in answering questions and processing our order in a timely manner. He assured us that Saatva was a the quality mattress - and he was right!! We haven't slept this well in years. The mattress is firm enough, yet very comfortable no matter how we sleep (side, stomach, back). We also had a choice of mattress and box spring heights. That made the finished height of the bed just right. We are so pleased, we plan to buy another Saatva mattress for the guest room. Thank You Ed - and all of the Saatva team!

Why I chose Saatva. A few years ago I my elderly mother needed a new mattress. It had been some time since I had purchased a mattress and I had forgotten how impossible it was to compare mattresses and prices from store to store. Not only that, the salespeople were quite pushy. When my husband and I decided it was time for us to purchase a new mattress, I told him that I had seen ads for Saatva in the New York Times Magazine and that I was going to try them. What a pleasure! Their website is quite informative and most of all the salesman, Ed Brians, was fantastic. He helped me choose the type of mattress without any of that salesmen pushiness. He was courteous, friendly and quite sincere. The same goes for the deliverymen. It was the was the easiest purchase! And, best of all, we love our new mattress!
