I don't even know where to start. I have just had the best week of sleep in years. Our new Luxury Firm King is awesome.
We were in the market for a new mattress and after seeing the Saatva ad in the New York Times on a Sunday morning we decided to make the move. We normally don't make major purchases without kicking the tires but there was just something about this ad that we felt we could trust. I also agree that the Saatva website is trustworthy and very informative.
This mattress has totally exceeded our expectations already. Soft yet firm. I dont know how they do that.

The customer service at Saatva was terrific as well. Ordered the 14.5 and switched to the 11.5 by email. Not a problem. Ordered on a Sunday and could have had it that Wednesday but we were away.
I also received the most appreciative voice mail from Saatva Exec. Ed Brians. I was floored. Who does that?

I will be definitely be recomending Saatva to anyone I can.

Saatva made shopping for a mattress ....civilized.

First of all the customer service is the best I have ever seen. They communicated fast and are super nice.

It was a little scary to buy a mattress and box spring over the net, sight unseen without trying it first.

But I didnt want to pay 3 grand and the reviews seemed really good.

I am so glad I did.

This bed rocks. Its super well made and is like sleeping on clouds.

If you had any doubts just buy it. You wont be making a mistake

Everything on Saatva's website is true! Ever the skeptic, especially after our last mattress purchase, I was determined to find comfort and quality without breaking the bank. Who knew this was possible with the added benefits of being Made in America &
outstanding human beings (Customer Service doesn't do Ron & Ed justice). The delivery personnel arrived after working 13 hours, fresh & friendly as though I was their first customer. Even they commented on what a gorgeous mattress it is. Did you know it is beautifully covered in Organic Cotton?
After all of this, I had a wonderful night's sleep and woke up pain free for the first time in many months. I'm so grateful I took the "Leap of Faith". Thank You Saatva!!
