Was excited to get this mattress but the first thing I noticed was heavy smell of chemicals. It made my throat burn and eyes water. I called Serta they said put it in a room for two weeks with good ventilation and walk on it a few times a day. I was told it needs to off-gas. The smell made me so sick I had to leave my home. I never slept on it and it is going back! I can't believe they don't tell you about the off-gassing period. Oh and FYI I tried to post me review on the serta site and they rejected it. Interesting! Beware!

I am a big guy so finding a good bed has been very difficult. I went to the show room and tried all the icomfort models and they were all too firm if felt like you were on the floor. The renewal was the only one soft enough. I was a little worried because I have a bad back and soft beds dont work. With that being said this bed gave me great support, I think it gave me too much support because I feel back pain when I lay down and also when i change into certain positions. I am a stomach sleeper. I had a pillow top and that seemed to support my diffrent positions.

So what do I do. I spent alot of time and research to figure it out. One option was to get the wellbeing refined. Too expensive and not that comfortable.

So Here is the solution to all icomfort beds.

Serta 2.5" Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper

This thing changed my life. My bed feels 10x better than the wellbeing Refined. It added the perfect pillow top and you can change it when it wears out. Feels better than laying on a giant marshmellow Give it a couple days to break in. Perfect support and softness. I have finally created the perfect bed. It took a lot of work. I hope this helps.

Buy it at sears they have the newer model # compaired to amazon.
