We bought our Marriott bed 10 days ago after doing quite some research, trying different beds in different stores and considering our extremely positive experience at many Marriott hotels. We were aware of the no return policy they have but were confident we were making a good choice.
Well, this was our biggest mistake ... We ordered it online, the bed arrived 10 days later and and what a disappointment. The mattress is so firm that even I who like firm mattresses was extremely disappointed. I've been turning and tossing all night long. My husband was the one who really wanted a foam mattress where you simply sink in and the foam takes on your shape. Well, none of that is our experience with this mattress. I am so disappointed that am considering selling it on Ebay or something and getting myself a new bed. It's a lot of money but to be so uncomfortable every night is just too much. I feel so cheated. Don't buy this product. It has nothing to do with what the beds at Marriott are.

At the beginning of November I stayed at the Marriott Alexandria, VA Residence Inn. The mattress was so comfortable that I pulled the sheets off of the bed to take down any info I could.

after i woke up in a mariott hotel having had the best nights sleep i have ever had, i pulled back the sheets and descovered it was a jamison.
I did my research and found out what it was, i went to my closest jamison dealer and bought the bed.
I LOVE IT.....
