Bought a S&F Denleigh in 2002 and in 2004 it was sagging significantly and I called and they gladly delivered a Edenbridge. The examination proved over 2" of sagging. It was a 10 year warranty and after several more years I had severe back pain and figured I was getting old. On vacation I discovered the mattress there gave no back pain. I noticed that my mattress was sagging and called at the 9 year mark and they refused to honor it. Can't anyone make a mattress that doesn't sag.

Purchased this mattress (firm) about 1.5 yrs ago. Was ok for about 6months or so then gradually started to sag. I rotated this heavy beast about every 6-8 wks and now both sides sag and I wake up several times during the night with shoulder, hip and back pains. I have instituted an active warranty claim. We'll see what happens. This is undoubtedly the worst and most expensive piece of crap I've ever purchased. I would not recommend this mattress to my worst enemy. I'm 6ft and 200lbs and don't think my size should have contributed to the eroding of this mattress in this short of time.

Pros:

Comfortable for a few months now sleeping in a lumpy, sagging trough.

Cons:

Sags and now painfully uncomfortable and my king sized sheets from my other bed are too short for this beast.
