I got this mattress for a little over $600 and the initial reviews were ok. As soon as I sat on it I noticed you sink quit a bit. I wasn't sure if that was because of the extra padding or if it was just s oft mattress. After the first nights sleep it's going back. I used to have a matrress I owned for over 10 years that was very sunkin and it had the same feel the first day. I tossed all night and woke up with a back ache. I weigh about 200lb and thought it was just me, but my GF who only weighs about 120 had the same lower back ache. So pass on this pillow of a mattress with no support

I recently bought the Imperial beach eurotop latex foam matress from sealy. After much research, I had decided to try the laguna beach, as I like a softer mattress. the sales man talked me into trying this mattress instead. I was hesitant at first, because this is supposed to be a firm mattress. Much to my surprize, I liked it enough to purchase. From night one, I have slept much better, no pain or discomfort from trying to adjust to a new mattress. The price was high, I gave 2700. I hear they are discontinuing the reflection series, but Im not sure. I havent had this mattress long, so i will make a new entry if my feeling change. try this mattress, you will love it.

I waited to give my review of this mattress because I wanted to make sure I tested it long enough to give correct feedback. I really like this mattress it's soft yet supportive. I added a two inch latex topper that I had bought for my old mattress and I have the quiltflex thanks Promo, I to find it's hard to contain but I love it. I will not go into the problems I had before getting this mattress that's one big nightmare, let's just say that getting a firm mattress and putting a topper doesn't make magic happen it didn't for me. before getting the Newport I could not sleep on either side without waking in pain (mainly in my upper thighs) I had a memory foam topper that worked for a short time very short time. At one point I had the 2 1/2 mem.foam, 2 in. latex, and quiltflex on a 11 1/2 mattress w/high profile boxspring I could barely get into bed. I learned the hard way I hope in writing this review it will save someone else the time and pain I went through. I know everyone's needs are different but I believe this mattress is a perfect balance between cush and support. And the best part of all is I no longer wake in pain it's gone and that's a blessing.
