I have had 3 back surgeries and have never had a pain free night until I got the Tempur Rhapsody. It is by far the best bed I have slept on. I was using a S&F eurotop (level 6) and was sore every AM. Prior to that I was using a Dormia memory foam mattress and was sore. I have had the bed for 6-8 wks so far and could not be happier. I only hope it lasts.

We struggled with coil mattresses for 20 years. Both are stomach and side sleepers. We've hated the "hammocks" that develop on the two sides and the "hill" in the middle of the king mattresses. So we took a chance on the Tempurpedic Classic and couldn't be happier. No more "hammocks" and no more hill in the middle. It is firm, but cushioning. It is an unusual mattress; you can't expect it to feel normal when you first get on it. The claim of "no more pressure points" is absolutely true. We also have no more back pain. We've only had it a couple of months, so I don't know how well it will hold up. It did emit an odor the first few weeks (as others state), but that's long gone. I love the Tempurpedic.
