Ok so I have been do my research on buying a bed. My wife and I hav been in a mattress store searching for the perfect bed. Well I think we found it. The Tempur-pedic cloud luxe! This bed feels amazing. I am excited that we have pretty much decided to get it.

This is what I have found out. No one who is an authorized dealer can discount the mattresses. However the
Tempur-pedic has sales. I went in one day and it was 200 off. I went in 4 days later and it was 600 off. Ok so there's 600 in savings.

!!!!!!!VERY IMPORTANT !!!!!Then what the mattress dealer won't tell you is, if you get a prescription from you doctor you will pay ZERO sales tax!!! (they don't tell you because they don't want you to leave the store) So in Florida with the 600 dollar discount off that equals $413.94. So now I have saved over 1000 dollars, and the savings isn't over yet. I got the same company to throw in a tempurpedic cloud pillow( I wanted 2)$129.00 they wouldnt do that but gave free shiipping(expected on a 7500 dollar bed). So I wasnt satisfied with that. So I made one more call to another authorized dealer. I got them to throw in a secone cloud pillow $129.00 and they also threw in the mattress cover $99.99 value. So if you did what i did you will save $1374.00 on you tempur-pedic mattress. So even thought they can't adjust the price on the actual bed there's other ways to save money!! I hope this helps anyone trying to buy a Tempur-pedic mattress.

We purchase the Tempur-pedic in Jan of 2008. Was great. Then it started to sag May 2010. Back pain, Leg pain and hip. Doctor sent me for MRI all was fine. He suggested I sleep on another bed. One night on the other bed no pain. So I called Tempur-Pedic and sure enough they said it needed to be replaced based on the Picture of the mattress I sent them. New one came all was good. Jan 2012 hip pain returns. May 2012 sent new pictures to them and they said needs to be replaced again. Said I will have the new one in 14 days. No option to get my money back to buy another type of mattress. They told me I just happen to have received a defective one. I find it hard to believe that during this 4 years I received 2 that were defective. I guess in Jan of 2014 we will know.

Do not buy tempur-pedic, I am having a terrible pain in my waist and shoulder after 10 years sleeping in this mattres, The upper level of the mattres after 10 years do not match with the lower level I can't understand how is just out of order.
I sent the warranty papers with pictures many times and I din't receive a response from the company, do not trust in the warranty, nobody from the company will contact you.
