Their web page says delivery within 2-8 days. I am hoping I will get mine at the two week mark. We shall see. They did credit me a small amount but only after I asked for it. Their customer service was adequate, as if the employees don't like their jobs and are going through the motions, vs. the way they paint it on the web page. No Zappos customer service there.

If you are timing the delivery of your mattress, err on the side of it will take longer... At least in my experience. I ordered the firm slim with the smaller foundation.

Got my Saatva back in November 2013 after canceling Macys Very Expensive top of the line... Saatva was a bit of a wait for the mattress and box but very good service on delivery... however I had ordered a FIRM mattress and they delivered a Ultra-Firm by mistake. I was told they would replace it in a week or two and to just go ahead and sleep on the Ultra-Firm. We did and it was very nice.... no I mean VERY NICE!! I was shocked after having spent more then three times this amount on a Serta and sleeping in a hole for years... So they did deliver the FIRM matress within a week and I got to sleep on the Ultra-Firm for awhile ..... JUST LOVE THE FIRM and would buy it again and again!!!! 5 STARS all the way. Great company... great service... great products. :)

Prior to my reccent Saatva mattress puchase, I as many do, tried to find product reviews of the various mattresses brands I was considering buying. After reading mixed reviews on the other major 'S' brand mattresses, I happen to find the most favorable reviews for the Saatva brand mattress. Never heard of them before, but the more I researched the more I liked what I found.

Not to go into detail and repeat what many have already stated by the many favorable reviews, I will just say this, they are all true. My purchase and experience with Saatva is that they are top of the line in their product, and their customer service has to be one of, if not the best in the industry.

I believe their coil over coil mattress system, is far superior for longevity and comfort to any other comprable priced innerspring mattress brand, and those only have a single coil layer type system.
They also make buying a mattress pretty simple and easy as far as choice of firmness, just 3 to choose from.

I'm certainly satisfied and glad I checked into Saatva prior to my mattress purchase, I purchased a quality mattress for a very fair price, from a very customer satisfaction oriented company.
