Delivery promised in 9-18 days, took 24 days. In the beginning the mattress was comfortable. After about 2 months I started feeling a bit of sagging. The foam was starting to loose it's memory. I called Saatva and they issued me a refund (I give them good marks for that) but they never came to pick up the mattress. So we decided to keep it for a while. After several months the sagging got bad - way to much for such a young mattress. I am tall and 180 lbs. - not a 300 lbs body abusing the mattress. We are looking for a new mattress - not a memory foam type.

After 2 years my FIRM Saatva mattress is now only Firm in the center... where the frame is... on each side of the frame is a "Hollow" where we sleep. If you look at the mattress with just a sheet on it ... it has two, full size, very low depressions from our bodies... and we are not major large people.... Sorry but this mattress is a throw-away...... and this was FIRM :(

Had some issues with scheduling the delivery time for my Loom and Leaf mattress, contacted the company through email and phone. The following day, received a call from one of their executives with an understanding ear and solution to my problem. He followed up with the delivery company and made sure that they were able to accommodate me and delivery was made as promised. I received another call soon after the delivery to make sure that everything went as scheduled and as promised. What a great way to turn around what could have been a bad experience. Great personal customer service and they followed through with a practical solution that left me satisfied. They made me feel as if I was their only customer. Great service!!!
