I purchased my strobel mattress for approximately 1,500 and within 6 months, the top layer had shifted like a cake. This has made it incredibly uncomfortable on my back. The customer support has been horrible and has since stopped returning any emails relating to the return of my mattress. I would not recommend this mattress or company to anyone.

I bought this mattress to help relieve back problems. It ended up doing the total opposite. Within 6 months it broke down, and had huge holes where my wife and I slept. I tried to work with the retailer and the manufacturer, and nothing helped. i replace the polyfilax, the springs, the foundation. A couple of nights of improvement and then back to the same situation. A bed that hammocked terribly and provided no support for my back. Add to that the required rotation of the foam and trying to get everything stuffed back into the case and not break or jam the zipper, and this is a bed that's a pain in the neck in more ways than one! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service, broke down within less than a year, hammocks terribly, inconvenient to maintain.
