Will not honor warranty. Will not return or reply to emails. President of company will not reply to email. Bed had the same problem twice in two years. The first time it was afew months old and they were not responding. I put in a claim with my credit card company for a full refund. That woke them up and they sent out a fix. But less then year latter the bed has the same problem and they are ignoring my request to have this problem fixed.

Please check the BBB and online complaints forms before you decide to buy. Strobel will not respond and will not honor their warranty. You don't have to take my word, find out for yourself.

Check their BBB rating for yourself… I sincerely wish I had been able to read current reviews 8 years ago when I purchased my Supple-Pedic mattress. Supposedly with a 10 year non-prorated warranty. I have had absolutely no luck filing for our warranty claim. They now claim their warranty is only good if the permanent sag in the mattress is 1-2" !!! So I asked which one is it 1" or 2" and she could not and would not give me an answer..... Come to find out there is nothing written on the warranty concerning a permanent sinkhole in your mattress. STAY AWAY!

Every other foam type mattress has a written warranty saying 0.75". I found out that Strobel's warranty is not written but totally made up by 'Robyn Mitchel (Strobel)' <robyn@strobel.com> and apparently Mark Strobel 'mark@strobel.com' (who will not answer emails or take phone calls.)
Please purchase ANY other brand!!I have filed a claim through the better business bureau (but Strobel refuses to answer their request)
