This mattress has been nothing but trouble since about a month after we bought it. The top pillow-top material has begun to bubble up and now the mattress is lumpy. Not worth the money we spent. Simmons warranty service has also been nothing but a disappointment.

I got this mattress set in April 2014 and now it is 3/2/15, and I have loved it ever since I owned it. I was on a Pillowtop Simmons before that and that was good for me but not my wife, so we tried the memory comfort-pedic, it took me about two weeks to get used to, and I updated to a Balance pillow by Bed Gear and just absolutely love it. No motion, which is big , my wife is small but takes 20 minutes every night moving around and I cannot stand motion in the bed. Also it is great because of the pressure relief on my shoulders and hip, so I can sleep on my side and her on her stomach and we both get the correct support. I was scared they sleep hot, but they definitely do not , because of the gel-beads. Great Bed would recommend to anyone having those issues.

This mattress is unusable. We bought in anticipation of moving to Bluffton and replacing our 20 yr old mattress. Have been using an air bed instead of sleeping on this bed. Since beds are not returnable,we are stuck with this bed. Have since put mattress in guest room bedroom to replace twin mattresses that were on king bed in guest room. Am embarrassed to have guests sleep on this oversized hot pile of mush that suffocates anyone that sleeps "in"it
