I have an i comfort mattress and there is a stain on it that won't come out and the zippered cover cannot be removed. Why would anyone sell a mattress with a cover that cannot be removed.

Cons:
the zippered cover cannot be removed for cleaning. my mattress is only three years old.
because of this issue I will never buy serta again.

Worse mattress ever

Spent for whole bed over 13,000. Mattress lasted less than 30 days. Sheets are super expensive and a pain if u try to buy twin xl cause then u have to buy king flat and pillow cases. Just found someone who sell cotton and not stupid microfiber as that in Az is worse thing to have especially if u have pets. I couldn't believe when I removed cover to see just four pieces of foam. I now am looking to buy another with inner springs and support. Having knee and hip isssues and husband back we thought this would help. As for the gap between that's the least except for my lil chihuahua. But we fixed that. I hate with a passion this bed worse product ever

No support but for two weeks literally. We flipped every way possible no help from company as far as warranty. Horrendous stay away

Really comfortable but it wears out really fast had it for a year and its already lumpy and sinks in really bad .

Very soft comfortable in first few months . love it until it was wearing out
Cons:
Wears out super quick doesn't have real springs mostly all cushion that's why it wears out so fast
