The bed wasn't cheap but it was well worth it. Quality, quality, quality beyond anything I have ever seen in any regular mattress. The soft yet supportive feel has helped me with the back pain and my shoulder pain. And the fact that I never sleep hot in this bed like I did in the Serta memory foam bed makes a huge difference in my quality of sleep. I would recommend this bed to anybody looking for that extra in a bed. And to find one in a small Sleep Shop in Daphne, AL.... was not something I had expected. Great people to work with, very knowledgable.
Time for me to go to bed good night!

This is the best bed I have ever slept on. From the moment my wife and I slept on it we knew it was money well spent. We fall asleep faster. We wake less in the middle of the night. We were looking for soft yet with a very high level of support. I can think of no other mattress that does this as well as the Hastens Excelsior in medium. It is a very expensive bed. With tax we spent $12,000 on this bed. But considering what a positive change it has made in our lives we have never second guessed our purchase. I recommend this bed extremely highly.

Beautiful, Comfortable bed. We ordered CA King Medium...coming off of a firm S&F (the old Stearns & Foster, before Sealy purchased), I was afraid that Medium was too soft, but after initial period of 5-7 days with minor adjustment soreness, we both are sleeping soundly, and waking refreshed. The most immediately noticeable benefit is that I fall asleep much more quickly than before...no need to relax into bed as on old firm style, the bed cradles me and allows my body to relax right away. As an athlete, I notice that I seem to recover from hard workouts/races faster than before, although that could also be because it's the end of my racing season (amateur bicycle racer). Hopefully, with proper care (flipping regularly, replacing top mattress every 5-10 years) it will serve well for the 20-30 years Hästens claims. I would recommend this style to anyone willing to invest in a good night's rest.

-Build Quality (Materials, Fit & Finish, Weight)
-Comfort (Support & Breathability)
-Fall Asleep Quicker, Sleep Soundly
-Top Mattress (what could be called a "pilow top") is separate & can be fluffed & rotated

Cons:
