We LOVE our TempFlow mattress!  Most of the prior reviews are from people who don't own one.  The one person who did, said it was too hard--I don't know why they didn't order a softer model--they come in various degrees of firmness! We ordered medium and have never slept better!  Everyone gripes about ordering sight-unseen.  We did this because of severe allergies and chemical sensitivities.  Tried all the mattresses offered locally and ruled out the glorified air mattress, and the old-fashioned mattress/boxspring combos that hadn't suited us in the past.  Decided on a memory foam style but were leary of the "heat" factor AND most especially feared chemical offgassing.  Temp Flow sounded ideal so we ordered from California to be shipped to Indiana.  (even then, the price was lower than the local alternatives we tried). As for ordering sight-unseen, you can try out any brand memory foam to get an idea of the feel and choose a firmness level you like then just imagine the same basic thing only cooler and not stinky!  You get to choose the thickness and firmness you want.  The mattresses were delivered and set up for us.  The people we dealt with were overly nice.  They even held off delivery until our move-in date.  All this besides being  manufactured with environmentally friendly methods and wrapped in a cool bamboo zip cover!  That was over a year ago.  I sleep so well it is amazing!  No need to toss and turn.  I telll everyone if they want the best mattress, it's TempFlow.

I bought one!  I have had it for over a year now and LOVE it.  I used to have back problems; now I don't.

I had checked out the Tempurpedic beds in stores and they were very expensive so I searched on line for comparables.  I found the on-line site for Tempflow and phoned them.  I told them which Tempurpedic model I liked as well as what my preferences were and they assisted me in selecting a model.  The price was much less than Tempurpedic, likely because Tempflow is not as well known ('brand' names always cost so much more).  I got their best delivery package.  They moved my current bed where I asked them to, assembled the frame (I did get an adjustable), set up everything, taking the trash away with them and leaving my place clean.  There was no odor like I noticed with other memory foam beds I had checked out (I have a sensitve nose).  The person from the on line store followed up with me by email to make sure all was well.

There is only one 'con': the bed frame came with 7" legs, which is very high.  Be sure to state that you want the 3" or 4" legs when you make the purchase.  This has nothing to do with the mattress - it is strictly the frame that I purchased.  You can use your own frame or order from them.

I like it so much that I am planning on buying another for a guest room.
