we bought a 10' cool touch mattress five years ago and I filed a claim because the seams split and it sagged terribly. They sent an inspector out to look at my mattress well the guy was a contract inspector that is hired to deny claims not provide customer service. My suggestion is to look elsewhere. This is a poorly made product from a company that does not stand behind what they sell !
