My husband and I bought a Recharge Plush mattress in November 2013 from Sleepy's. It is just 4 months old and sags more than the 10 year old mattress it replaced.

It has no support whatsoever. For comparison, my husband knelt on the mattress and it sagged at least 6 inches.

When my husband and I sleep in the middle, it sags so much you feel like you are rolling downhill and is very "jiggly" too. I would compare the quality to sleeping on a cheap air mattress.

My husband says his shoulder hurts every morning when he wakes up. I spend half the night trying to brace myself so I don't roll into the sinking crevice.

This mattress has a 2 inch memory foam topper which is NOT memory foam at all but cheap foam which sagged after a short time of use. The bed now has two body indentions. I am only 108 lbs and my husband 185 lbs, so this should not have happened. Bed looks old with these indentions, and Simmons customer service is useless. They use the same method for sagness for both the topper and mattress: 1 & 1/2 inches, which is ridiculous for a topper only 2 inches thick. It has sagged about an inch, and looks awful and Simmons wont do anything about it.

Pros:

Bed itself is comfortable. No back issues

Cons:

Sagging pillow top, which was supposed to be spring back memory foam, when in reality, is cheap foam. It also makes the mattress hot to sleep on
