BEWARE! It is a bait and switch scheme. They show you a bed on the showroom floor and if you pick anything other than the TOP dollar bed, you get something very uncomfortable instead of the wonderful bed on the floor. That is why they have the one year comfort guarantee. That is to insure that you WILL be back to spend more money. You see, you can upgrade, for a fee of course. It exists so you can correct YOUR incorrect choice. haha
I would be very happy if I had gotten the bed on the showroom floor. I did not. I promise you, I did not. It is not even close. However, it is a brilliant scheme. It is your word against theirs and your only recourse is to spend more money and get another mattress. The salesman at the store even admitted he and his wife hate their OMF bed because it is much harder than the showroom set but they cannot afford the upgrade. One year comfort guarantee= it may take you a year to finally get comfortable.

I bought a new mattress and box spring 2 years ago. It was a king set and cost 1600.00 dollars. Within one month we had a hump in the middle of the bed that makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. I wake up every time I turn and get to close to the hump. I had a pillow top before this set and never had a problem. I am terribly disappointed with this company and their products. I can't go out and buy a new set any time soon.
