Took two weeks to recieve. Foam was torn upon arrival. They would not send a new one, and told me I would have to pay for shipping to return it to them, and basically be bedless. I couldn't afford to do so, and the bed doesn't fit in my mailbox, so it wasn't going to happen. I would not deal with them again. Kept the bed with a slight tear in it, but structurally I don't expect it to last, and I will always feel I got ripped off by some lazy Customer Service.

My husband and I would like to let you know how wonderful we think our new bed from Bragada is! After suffering for years myself with back pain and sleepless nights, I convinced my husband that we needed a newer bed. We had also hoped to upgrade to a King size. We had previously looked at some "memory foam" mattresses in department stores but weren't all that impressed. As we were shopping for new bedroom suite in a furniture gallery recently we found some mattresses to try out. One of them was a memory foam mattress made by a large, well-known company. I had been having extremely bad back pain that very day and was walking through the store all bent over. My husband suggested I try the mattress, which I did. I found it to be very comfortable and to give it a really good try I stayed on it for about 10 minutes. We hadn't yet decided on any furniture so we were about to leave the store when I realized that the pain in my back had disappeared completely and I was able to walk normally. The mattress I had just tried out costs more than we had wanted to spend so we headed home and decided to do some research online. We of course found the Temper Pedic mattresses and gave them a good long look but it was so expensive we thought we wouldn't be able to afford a new bed for a couple of years or more. Through an online search engine we discovered Bragada. Neither of us had heard the name previously, probably because we had always purchased cheap mattresses that did not last. The information we obtained about these wonderful beds from their website had us sold on their beds, but when we saw that it would cost us 1/2 of what other companies charged for the same level of memory foam we were convinced. (Plus the warranty is much better!) This was the bed we had been looking for! We ordered immediately and spoke with a very polite and knowledgable customer service representative. We decided on the Deluxe model, with Aloe Vera. The bed arrived in 2 weeks, the shipping was free, there was no sales tax and we received two free king sized pillows! Now to put it to the real test. I am now sleeping through the night most of the time and wake up feeling rested for the first time in 20 years! And I just realized this morning that I roll out of bed without any type of pain in my back, hips, etc. My husband is also very satisfied with this purchase. Every night as we crawl into bed he proclaims "I love this bed!" We live in Arizona where it is currently 110 degrees or higher every day. We have not once felt for a moment that this bed was too warm or felt "sweaty" like we have heard about ALL of the other types of memory foams mattresses out there. We have told many friends and our families about this purchase and even though this bed has a lifetime guarantee, you can bet we will be customers for life!

Wow - I wish I had known about Bragada YEARS ago!
I have Fibromyalgia and sleeping is hard enough - but having the wrong mattress makes it next to impossible.
We looked at Temperpedic for years, literally - but honestly the price put us in sticker shock --
When we took a 'test rest' on Temperpedic, while I liked it - I didn't love it.
It was difficult moving on it (from side to side - back to stomach etc.)
Then I found the Bragada web site - I was sold by everything.
Customer service was outstanding - the warranty is unbeatable (Lifetime) - the price is right!

We bought the Bragada Deluxe (13" deep) because we like the foam going all the way to the edges of the bed.

We've had it for over 2 weeks now and I'm FINALLY sleeping all night long!!!!

My husband who is in a very physical occupation, wakes up refreshed every single morning.
