We've had this bed for a week, and there are already indentations from where we sleep, it feels like you're sleeping in a hole - not to mention the horrible toxic smell from the memory foam- terrible experience. It's going back.

Pros:

pretty to look at

Cons:

Viscoelastic memory foam, feels hot when you're sleeping, you sink into a hole at night

Move along...

I'll keep this short, but basically pass on the CW Eurotop mattresses. We are going on our third in two years, the indentions are just too deep to be comfortable. I constantly have back and hip pain, I cant sleep, and it is the 3+" indentions doing it.

We are not huge, I am 6'5" and about 225lbs, my wife is 6' tall and about 90lbs less than me. There really is no reason for a mattress to be doing this. We are going to return this one, take credit, and find something else!

After much suffering with some other brands and a huge hassle trying to return, we finally found comfort with this brand. I was worried about the no-flip design but it's been great. Initially we rotated the mattress around but that hasn't been necessary after the first yr or two. It feels just about like it did when first purchased. Spring Air had already purchased Chattam and Wells when we purchased. I hope they've upheld the standards. Gauge is 12.75 double offset with 368 (?) coils.

Pros:

We bought the low end C & W- one step up from the bottom. No pillow top or euro top so we don't have to worry about compression. It would be a little too firm without the deluxe Austrian wool mattress pad that we purchased from a high end linen catalog store in Manhattan (Schweitzer Linens).

Cons:

Mattress quilt apparently didn't contain the cashmere that was prominantly advertised- at least not listed on the mfg tag.
