We bought this mattress a few years ago and almost immediately regretted it. Here we are 3 years later and finally deciding to cut our losses and go buy a new mattress. The sagging is terrible, I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

We are both already sleeping in holes and wake up with back, shoulder and neck pain. We rotated it often at first but it did not help.

You always feel hot and it has terrible dips. A really bad decision after months of mattress shopping.
