I HATE this mattress and Denver Mattress Company for lying to me about the quality of this mattress. I have fibromyalgia and spine problems as does my husband and in the entire time we have owned this horrible bed I have made numerous complaints to Denver Mattress they say the same thing..... "that's the first time hearing that." Somehow I doubt that. Apparently, they now tell me that if the pillow top has any stains it voids the warranty. How does one avoid aging of material. I bought two waterproof mattress covers that I rotate weekly. I sweat like a hog between my own aging and the weather, yet now my warranty is void? REALLY!!!???? Simmons needs to step up and regulate who and how their vendors sell. Get rid of the liars and rules that void the warranty. Seriously, like Denver Mattress is going to what resell my crappy bed? who care about sweat stains?
