Comfort Sleep Systems Outrageous

I did a lot of research online about quality mattresses, materials, and firmness. Comfort Sleep Systems knows their product as they fabricate in house. This is not a business that pressures you when shopping or misinforms about the product just to make a sale. All their advice was spot on and very informative.

We received personal attention, had plenty of time to try out the showroom samples and ask questions. We even received a personal handwritten note with congratulations on our wedding and a gift thrown in with delivery. One of the best shopping experiences in memory.

Would definitely recommend!

We bought a mattress and box springs from David @ Comfort Sleep Systems about a year ago. We wanted to keep our old box springs because they were in such good shape, but David said that it would void the warranty and that we had to buy the box springs that went with the bed. The box springs are not actually box springs, but wooden platforms that don't hold up to the weight of the mattress. The mattress is especially heavy and the box springs that Comfort Sleep Systems manufactures are not equipped to hold the weight. The mattress is sagging on both sides except for where the box springs meet each other in the middle of the bed. It's obvious that the box springs are not built strong enough to support the mattress! It is very uncomfortable and we are constantly having to re-adjust ourselves during the night to compensate for the problem. We contacted David about this problem and he told us to build supports for them from the underside of the box springs to the floor. We never had to do this with our old box springs, why should we do this with these? We asked him to come out and take a look at it and suggest ways to fix the problem. He had us take pictures, but he refused to come out to evaluate the situation. Even though the problem lies in Comfort Sleep Systems area, they refuse to do anything about the situation. When I got firm with David about the warranty and put the ball back in his court (without using fowl words) he said we were all done and hung up the phone on me!

Please be advised NOT to do business with this company because they do not back up their warranty claims! You can call me if you wish because I don't want you to be in the same situation that we are in after spending almost $4,000.00 with Un-Comfort Sleep Systems!
