We purchased this bed about 6 years ago. After two years the bed would not bounce back, but we thought it just need to settle a little. The mattress has a 2" valley where we sleepy. Now after 6 years I have lower back pain, since the bed has gotten so bad. We contact the company about the warranty. They would not live up the warranty since there were two small stains on the mattress. If I knew that I would have had them cleaned. Now I have to go replace this mattress that should have lasted me 20 years after 6. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
