We purchased the Santa fe queen mattress from Ashley Home Store. The store was clean, well organized and the staff were helpful and friendly. Service, delivery and set up were excellent.

However, we were very disappointed in the quality of the mattress that was delivered. The stitching on the mattress was
very poorly done, and would not have held up for very long. The stitching was so loose that up to three inches or more of thread was hanging throughout the mattress.

Ashley Home Store quickly replaced the initial mattress and delivered a second Santa fe mattress with in one hour. The second mattress showed better stitching but it too should not have passed quality control.

The issue is a lack of quality. I would never purchase an off shore mattress again.

We loved it at first but soon noticed depression on one side felt like I was rolling into a hole, trying to work on some type of refund, this way I can get a mattress with coils no more memory foam for me.

If you think that sleeping on a giant sponge would be OK then you are as crazy as I was. I bought one of these and after two nights, I started to have major back problems. I contacted Ashley Furniture to try to return it, All they are doing is giving me the finger. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever made in my live. Save your money and your back and buy a traditional mattress. Ashley Sleep is a total piece of S****!!
