You simply think you are sleeping on a cloud. that is the first thing my family says when they first lay down on this mattress.
You won't regret it.

My wife and I had slept on one of the Custom Comfort Tradere #2 mattresses at a friend's guest room in Orange County and we both woke up exclaiming what a fantastic mattress it was. When it came time to replace our 15 year old Sealy, we figured we either a.) couldn't afford the Tradere, or b.) they wouldn't ship to our location in Washington State.

...so we bought something else. Tried to duplicate the construction, but wound up buying a newer memory foam top on a non-flippable mattress that cost us almost as much as the Custom Comfort would have.

So while I was in Orange County on Business, I boondoggled the wife down and sent her in to the shop to talk with Rademes and lay down on the bed. Her response was the same as mine. We had to send the other mattress back and get this mattress, no matter what it took.

Shipping was no problem, and though the Cal King was heavy, a neighbor was available to help me lift it into place. Now, two months later, I go to bed every night looking forward to it, and wake up every morning with a grin on my face and sorry to have to get up. The shoulder pain I was experiencing is gone, and my usual insomnia is tempered by the mattress (I don't want to leave the bed, so I go right back to sleep instead of getting up).

This bed is worth every cent we paid and more. The team at CC are just plain awesome, and while we left the big mattress retailer that sold us the memory foam behemoth feeling like we'd been sold a car, the whole experience with CC just felt right.

Pros:

shock-Absorbing, but not deadening
No heat retention like memory foam
Box Springs are actually box springs (!)
Quality construction is apparent
Flippability means I don't worry about body impressions becoming permanent.
Great sales team/support

Cons:

The thing is big, which means that if you're outside of Southern California where the company will set up, you will probably need a couple of friends to move it.

I have had such a great experience with Custom Comfort. My husband and I came to the store on a whim because we weren't sure why one mattress store would be better than the other. Researching the options offered by Custom Comfort, and the allure of all natural products made to any specification we needed is what got us in the door. Once we were there we had absolutely no idea what we were looking for. Luckily they were able to give us a sort summary on their bed's main differences, and recommend which we might prefer based off of our sleeping habits (impressive!). Overwhelmed with the new understanding of ALL the options, we decided to sleep on it. It was really nice to be able to walk out of the store not feeling any sort of pressure to buy. Due to the great service, and the unique perks of Custom Comfort (they're made in Southern California so we could have the bed quick) we had to go with them. We visited the store in West Hollywood, and would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a new mattress. Definitely quality service and product.
