This was the second regal mattress, the first failed after 3 years and the replacement failed, after 18 months. Total loss of resilience in both mattresses and, Vi-Spring refuse to honour warrantry,

Impossible to sleep on without waking in pain, needs turning constantly, warranty not honoured and retailer (So to Bed )do not reply to correspondance.
Terrible product. Having reached retirement the worst we have ever bought.
