Trying to decide what type of mattress to purchase

Currently DH and I are sleeping on a queen size, 10 year old Serta Baywatch firm. There is a huge well in the middle and we are both suffering backaches and interrupted sleep every night. Right now I am considering a sleep number with memory foam because I do not want another mattress that is going to sag in the middle after several years, a Tempurpedic or the Costco memory foam beds. I would consider others if I knew more about them. DH is very tall and weighs about 240 and I weigh 130, so I know there could be issues with the memory foam mattresses. I am also mostly a stomach sleeper, and sometimes side sleeper. DH is mostly back and side. Regardless of which type mattress we get, it will be a king size this time. You all have wonderful suggestions and info so I hope you can help me out out bit! Thanks! |
