Does anyone have any experience with them?  I'm considering one of their toppers.

Good luck. Indianapolis may not be the only "interesting" thing you discover. From the website, it really doesn't appear that they have a clue what they're talking about when it comes to latex. "Density" is rarely referred to, IFD is generally not used, and 26 ILD is soft, not medium-firm. To claim that a heavy person would find that suitable is just plain false. That puppy will have very little support. People are much better off sticking to the known merchants, or at least make sure it's LI Talatech, because then you'll know what you're getting.

I guess time will tell.  In any case; after enduring the rather crummy customer service from Foam by Mail, I thought I'd share a more pleasant experience.

Not yet :(  It shipped EXACTLY when Shawn said it would .  It will arrive in two days, and I will set it up shortly afterwards.

I promise to report back on my initial impression and then a bit later after a couple of weeks -- I owe this forum that much :)
