| One unescapable problem with more elaborate solutions such as this is that they more perfectly you make a bed fit in one position, the more pure hell you make it in every other. That's why they try to make beds out of materials that can self adjust rather than fit beds perfectly to the user like giant orthotics! I suppose if you side slept absolutely ALL the time it might be nice but most side sleepers I know don't, and it looks like it would be very weird in other positions. But I may try to crude attempt to duplicate it, as suggested, just for fun... |

Maybe it's good and comfortable for those who have to sleep like that? Like those who are sick or have certain injuries? For healthy people, it's a really strange thing.
