|
So far so good regards it is plenty firm enough, no back pain, but it sleeps warm...Originally wife had mattress cover on it that we put on and I took it off and that helped, before I decide on this what can I buy real quick and put on that will eliminate the warmness I feel against the mattress? thanks |

Softer than the temp? The materials are so different I cant say that, what I will say is the Temp has a firmness to it where the latex has a springy ness to it, does that make sense? The latex mattress is firm enough so that my lower back doesnt ache, which is all that matters to me...but if I had to measure I would say the temp is firmer... The pad was cotton I assume, but who knows, could be polyester also, will have to check later...Yes, when I took the mattress pad off it cooled somewhat. I have 6 weeks left of my 90 days on the temp, so I am going to (with the help of my son and my handy man) sleep on the latex till Monday, then have it moved out and sleep again on the temp for a week then decide...I was hoping to buy something now to try on the Latex for the heat issue but dont know what. Remember, to further complicate this, for 6 weeks i was in agony with the tempurpedic, then the last two nights before the latex showed up, pain disappeared LOL I know, crazy...so, it may well be that i end up with the temp, dont know... PS you said "solve the problem" so am I to understand you are having an issue with sleeping warm also? are you on flobeds? what have they suggested? This message was modified Jan 14, 2010 by randys
