I guess they make mattresses out of just about everything.   Not sure how well it sleeps, but I am sure it is expensive.

I didn't write any of the prices down.  I was in a bit of a hurry when I was there.  I recall he Atlas and Nefeli mattresses were each around $2700 for a King.  I think the Iviskos topper was around $1400. The bases they sell seemed extremely expesnive, but I have a platform bed. 

The mattresses seemed comfortable in the short time I was on it.  I plan to go back when I have more time in order to get the full details.  I'll share any info I get when I do..

The layers of latex in the mattress aren't very thick, as you can see in the pictures on their website.   (http://www.coco-mat.com/web/en/product/mattresses/atlas).  Not sure how this relates to the overall comfort or longevity of the mattress.  I'm not a very heavy person (M, 5'7", 145), so maybe it's not an issue..
