Moving house with a memory foam/pocket sprung mattress: can we fold it?

Hi mattress experts. We have recently bought a King Size Euro Coolmax Performance 1500 Pocket Sprung Memory Foam Mattress. We are about to move house and don't plan to get a very big van. The only (potential) problem is the mattress. Is it possible to compress, bend, roll or fold in half this mattress? To fit into a small van (similar to image here)  We aren't moving far so the mattress won't need to be folded for long, an hour maximum. Is this a wise thing to attempt? will it cause lasting damage?
