After extensive research, we have narrowed our search down to the Relyon Empress v. Shifman Beekman Perfect Comfort.  Any disparity in quality of craftsmanship or materials between these two brands?  How important are individually pocketed coils?  Relyon has them, but Shifman does not.  Alternatively, how much more luxurious will the Shifman pillowtop (flippable) make the bed feel v. Relyon with no pillowtop?

Don't know the differences between the two, but I'd always go with the bed that is the closest to the manufacturer(fewer middle people if any).   Personally, I don't like the feel of pocketed coils, usually you can't even feel them unless you weigh a lot or somehow find a bed with less than 7" of padding over the springs.
