Re: My new Costco Latex bed by Sleep Science - jimsocal

Since it's an E. King it is equivalent to two twins side by side. So you could add a super-soft Talalay topper to only your side. Yes, it would create a difference between the two sides but unless one of you is prone to sleeping over the center portion, it should not be a problem. Or you could buy a king size and see if your husband is bothered by it.
Thanks for the review and keep us posted!...
Re: New Natural Latex Beds on Sale Now at Costco - pryncesslia

Our two Costco Sleep Science beds were delivered on Saturday morning! Here's my review:
First, about the delivery. I found the delivery company to be professional and friendly. They called to schedule the delivery, called again when they were on their way and arrived on time (a little early even). They assembled the foundations on my front lawn and seemed to know what they were doing; they were quick and efficient. They set up the beds in the order I requested and exactly as I instructed. I have absolutely no complaints.
Second, the foundations. They are made of metal tubing, with plastic top panels to support the mattress and then all covered with a cloth cover. They seem very sturdy and since these two beds are for my kids, I have no doubt they will be more than adequate. The cover has tan sueded material around...
My new Costco Latex bed by Sleep Science - Q119
Apr 29, 2010 4:06 AM
Ok, first night on the new bed. We got the eastern king with the foundation. DH is 6'4" and about 230, I am 5'6" and 130. This is our first latex foam purchase.
The foundation on my side of the bed is squeaking already. Not loud, but that is disappointing. Will definately be sending it back when we have another foundation set. Otherwise, it is very solid.
We both slept painlessly, for the first time in a long time. DH loved it and woke up once in the night. He said it is perfect and was raving about it this am.
While I didn't experience the lower back pain that I did with my old mattress, I woke up a lot throughout the night, which I usually do anyway, so obviously not the fault of the bed. I felt like I was laying on top of the...

SLEEP SCIENCE LATEX MATTRESS PROBLEMS - firstposter
Apr 29, 2010 12:29 PM
I slept for the first time in my sleep science latex mattress with foundation.
I woke up at night to see that the mattress had sagged in the middle!!!!!!!!!
more ever the foundation is made up of metal - bars and there is just a thin vinyl? cover that covers the top of foundation.
Where the latex mattress has sagged in the middle the vinyl cover of the foundation too has sagged and is bottoming out!!!!.
I did not expect this. It has been a shocker.
What should I do? I am very worried.
Thank you for your help....

I think the delivery people have to hold it. Call Sleep Science and let them know your predicament. However, the longer they hold it, the longer it's in the plastic wrapping, which may cause the smell, so try to get it soon.
Thank you friend. I will call sleep science tomorrow. But I thought since I bought it from costco, shouldn't I call costco? Thanks friend.

Read all previous threads on the all latex Costco mattress and never considered Sam's club. Thank you for all the information. My Costco queen latex mattress and foundation arrived today and is meant for the guest room. Delivery guys were great. The mattress does have an odor and is not laying smoothly so I called Sleep Science and they were on the phone quickly explaining that the smell is due to the plastic wrap and the bumps are due to mattress being folded. I was told that the smell should go away soon and the latex should level out as well. It feels great. I will spend about $100+ for a snug-fleece wool topper so that guests won't be too warm sleeping straight on the latex. I've been sleeping on another latex mattress and love, love, love it. I purchased from Green Mattress co. a couple of years ago. Each latex layer was wrapped and it...

I think the Costco # that's on your receipt will help you also, and they may just connect you to sleep science. Good luck....
