If the link doesn't work for you, try this link:

http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod865237&navAction=push

The foundation is shown directly below the mattress as a "related item."

My reason for stating that this is a dunlop mattress is that someone else did some research on them and found that the American Sleep latex mattress sold by Sam's Club is made and by Innomax.  If you look at the mattresses sold by Innomax on their website (they also have a showroom in Colorado) they have a model that is an exact match.  I phoned Innomax myself and they confirmed that the latex is Dunlop, manufactured by Latexco.  Incidentally, the price Innomax quoted me was considerably higher than the Sam's Club price, and the salesman was a bit of a hard sell.  But I got the information I wanted.

One of the things I liked about...

Sorry, I forgot you're trying to match the Sleep Science mattress from Costco. My mistake.

no. I am trying to match the Sams club mattress given in link by kim to the foundation. But I don't see a link to that unless ecogreen foundation goes with it. May be I missed something.

I don't see any ILDs description either. Thanks.

Hmmm... when I click on Kimberly's link it brings up the mattress and has a list of Related Items that shows several American Sleep foundations available for this bed from Sam's Club. Are you sure nothing's coming up for you, Roy?

It is only bringing American Sleep Eco-Green Foundation that goes with American Sleep Eco-Green latex mattress. But not the one that goes with this latex mattress.

Thanks.

Roy,

If you are interested in exploring a Dunlop mattress you might want to take a look at this one sold by Sam's Club.  There are several American Sleep models, both in Dunlop and Talalay latex and memory foam as well.  The one I linked is Dunlop, but they also have a Talalay latex model.  The link I provided is for a twin size, but of course, they sell every size mattress set.

I looked into these extensively when I was shopping for a mattress for my daughter.  The Dunlop latex is made in the US by Latexco, which I liked better than the Chinese latex used in the Costco mattress.

Moveover, I thought the matching foundation looked like it was also very high quality, unlike the tacky and cheap...

Looks like the Eco-Green Foundation is specified for both the Eco-Green and the Organic Mattresses (see first bullet point under "Specifications").

No ILD specs that I can find, either.

I'm 99% certain that this is going to be Dunlop latex for two reasons. One, it sounds like KimberlyH really did her homework, so I'm trusting her. Two, they make a big deal about it being all-natural latex. Most all-natural latex is processed using the Dunlop method. While all-natural Talalay is becoming a bit more...

Thank you kimberly.

I went to that link:

1.  I don't see anywhere it says that it is dunlop latex

2.  No description of ILDs

3.  There is no foundation that goes with this latex mattresss any where on Sams club

Thanks

roy, here's the HUGE THREAD about the Costco Sleep Science latex bed. Click ALL to see all 173 posts. There are other threads, too. Do you know how to do a forum search? You'll find tons of info  about the Costco beds.

I understand how you feel about not being able to just go in & try out these the all latex layered systems that SleepEZ and FloBeds sell, it's frustrating because you can't see what you're getting beforehand. But thin about it this way: If they did have retail stores all over the country, their prices would likely be much higher. Besides, you wouldn't know for sure about the feel from spending 20 minutes or even a night or three on it.

It's only been a fews weeks since...

Update - the platformbed.com frame is now rock solid. We put Magic Sliders under each leg and it is very easy to move the bed to clean under and behind it. The solid wood is beautiful.

The Sleep Science mattress was delivered Friday evening. The delivery company was running late, but called to notify us. They put the mattress on upside down, but flipped it when we asked; they removed all of the packing materials when they left.

I think the mattress feels a bit firm and am going to check today to be sure the cover is not on upside down, as happened to someone on the other thread. We may be sleeping on the medium/firm side instead of the soft side. It is, however, Dunlop and we may be on the soft side already. The good news -...

Roy,

We bought the Sleep Science latex mattress from Costco. It is being delivered tomorrow. We did not order the foundation - we bought the Mission Wood Platform bed from platformbeds.com. Will post back and let you know if we like it.
