Me and my husbands experience has been horrible with this mattress! Back aches and neck aches! Really wanted a Tempurpedic but it wasn't in the budget and we needed a new mattress now. The salesman suggested the iComfort as an alternative since Serta had addressed the concerns of Temperpedic customers, for instance, the cooling gel system. It felt comfy in the store so we decided to try it. IComfort is not cheapest mattress we still spent $1600! We really wanted an equivalent to Temperpedic memory foam! This mattress has NO memory! I have dips and valleys on a mattress that is barely a year old! My old regular didn't show wear until 5-6 years in! Absolutely ridiculous! I've added a feather bed to add some some comfort and still an uncomfortable
nights sleep! Just before the 120 night trial I called The store to tell her how uncomfortable the bed was and she suggested coming in to see about another mattress but I knew that meant spending more money and we just didn't want to do that! And shouldn't have to when you spend over $1000 for a bed! I wish I had read the reviews on this iComfort system and I would have just paid for my convenience and bought from a more reputable firm who knows comfort! I slept better on my old mattress for years than I have on this new mattress in 8 months! Not one good nights sleep! It's a shame that a new mattress system has all these negative reviews and claiming to be comparable. Tempurpedic users are happy

We love our new mattress. We can finally sleep. We first tried the most firm. It was like a brick! We had one free trade so switched to the top of the line, Prodigy, I think. We are so happy! We've only had it for about 5 months, but so far it's a dream.

It's been 2 weeks now and we absolutely love it!
Everyone has different condition, but it worked for us. I read some reviews that it didn't have the same firmness after a certain period, but so far so good. I will update the review after 3month of use.
