Spent for whole bed over 13,000. Mattress lasted less than 30 days. Sheets are super expensive and a pain if u try to buy twin xl cause then u have to buy king flat and pillow cases. Just found someone who sell cotton and not stupid microfiber as that in Az is worse thing to have especially if u have pets. I couldn't believe when I removed cover to see just four pieces of foam. I now am looking to buy another with inner springs and support. Having knee and hip isssues and husband back we thought this would help. As for the gap between that's the least except for my lil chihuahua. But we fixed that. I hate with a passion this bed worse product ever

icomfort - sags and gets very hot

I first bought this bed because my mattress - which wasn't very old and cost a lot, but I think was too soft (pillow-top) - was causing me aches and pains. I went with the comfort because the salesman told me it had a "cooling layer" so I wouldn't get hot. He explained that most memory foam mattresses have a problem with trapping in body heat, and that's the last thing I want. When I first got the mattress I really liked it -- my aches and pains did get better. But it wasn't long before it started getting "worn in" way too much where I sleep. The salesman said to try sleeping in different areas of the bed so it wears in evenly. I did do that and do it now, but that doesn't seem to matter. I have a queen size bed so my husband and me don't have a lot of room to move, but when he is not home I will go out of my way to sit or lie in the middle. Also, I rotate the mattress on occasion so I don't have too much 'sagging' where my rear-end lies. I'm not a huge person -- an average size 12 female. It's been about a year and a half and for quite a while now I have had a hard time with it being way too soft and saggy... nothing like the firmness I felt when I bought it, which pretty much ruins it for me. The other MAJOR issue I have now is how extremely HOT the mattress gets where I lie. I wake up multiple times a night sweating from the heat on the mattress where I lie, and I am forced to move to any open spot on the mattress so I can get back to sleep and not feel so very hot for a bit. It is so bad now that I am wishing I never spent all my hard earned money on it. The 'cooling' element must not last on this mattress. My poor husband is literally wet from sweat on his body where he is touching the mattress. We keep the A/C cold in the house and use a fan, but it's not our upper bodies that are hot -- only the part that touches the mattress.... it's truly miserable. I have tried this with and without the expensive mattress protector that the bedroom store sold me, with no change. I am desperately searching for something -- anything-- I can put on this mattress that might help with this issue until I can afford to buy a new one. For the price I paid for this mattress it should have lasted much longer than this.

Pros:

At first it helped with my aches and pains, especially in my back.
I liked the firmness when I first bought it, but it didn't last long.

Cons:

1.The firmness doesn't last, as it sags quite a lot after a while, and I am average size.
2. The 'cooling' effect does not last and I get very hot every night, wake up repeatedly, and have to move to a non-hot area on the bed (until that, too, gets too hot and I have to move yet again).
3. Do not bother to try to use the warranty --- the way they measure the sags is dishonest and since the mattress 'fluffs back up' when you are not on it, they will not replace it. They don't care what it does when you're actually lying on it.

Total buyer remorse

First, when bed arrived, it really did not feel like the bed in the store. We almost returned it, but bought the "you have to break any mattress in" story. From the start, we each found it oddly difficult to turn over. We loved the adjustable frame, and we really wanted to like the mattress. I cannot imagine how hot a regular memory foam mattress must sleep, because this bed sleeps so hot. My husband is 6'2" and weighs about 170. I am 5'3" and weigh about 130. He works out of town, spends only weekends at home. We rotated the bed head to toe three times in year 1 and about once a year since. Now there is a permanent trough on my side of the bed. Very noticible. I am a fairly still, side sleeper, but in this bed I sometimes wake up because I feel stuck in one position. It resists "spooning" towards my husband because his side is now higher than mine. I cannot give you just the price of the mattress since we splurged for the foundation and adjustable frame.

Pros:

really, all I can say is we like the adjustable frame, being able to slightly raise foot of bed really helps tolerate raising the head of the bed slightly for acid reflux. (As a side sleeper, you don't want too much foot elevation)

Cons:

hot, oddly difficult to roll over, just not very comfortable, in less than three years has developed significant body impression even though we are not heavy people.
