We had 2 criteria for a good mattress for us: 1. It had to sleep cool and 2. There could be very little motion transfer.
The mattress is comfortable and relatively cool but the motion transfer is way too much for us in spite of being a king.
Getting the bed was not a problem and the customer service was good. Returning it is another story. I called for the mattress to be returned on 9/5/2014 and was told it would take a couple of days to process and someone would be calling to schedule a pick up date. As of 9/23 no one has called to pick up the mattress. I have called on 3 occasions and each time was told someone would be calling in the next day or two. Still nothing. We have ordered a new mattress (Aireloom) and are about to put this one out on the street.

For the price of a VW. Move over big boys with your slick sales approaches and razzle dazzle fancy showrooms. Make way for a better way of selling mattresses. SAATVA. After researching and asking many questions, the element of trust with purchasing a mattress online was completely replaced with the total confidence of purchasing without a test drive. I have slept on my new mattress for 3 months. Now I can write a full review. To anyone shopping for mattress:
Simplify your life, just buy a Saatva Mattress. No need to look further, no need to subject yourself to slick showroom abuse. And save your money.

This mattress is far more comfortable than any top brand name mattress I tried in the showrooms (and there were many).

All my back pains are gone, I am sleeping deeply through the night. And I can tell that I am no longer tossing and turning. In the morning my blankets are always in the same position they were in when I crawled into bed the night before. I now wake very refreshed. Life is good, again. Carpe Diem.

I have been sleeping on a king size, luxury firm Saatva mattress for past 2 months. LOVE It more than any other bed I have ever had. As great as any luxury hotel bed. Very very happy with the product and the excellent service. Best decision.
I went with the tallest option on mattress and frame which is higher than I was used to. But know I love the taller look.
