We bought the serta i comfort with adjustable platform 6 months ago Queen size..First month Had never slept in a bed this comfortable ..Then we found that it was so great we didn't want to get out and that becomes a problem, we are retired so we have no real schedule to keep except I trade stocks and can do it right from the bed..I'm writing this review in bed...We love the bed if you have a heavy schedule you might want to get something else..I had to tell the truth about a wonderful bed..I believe we paid about $3700-$4000..I was only sorry it wasn't around 30 yrs. ago...

Yea, we bought the Revolution IComfort and it sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had it less than 9 months, and the rep is VERY SORRY they won't replace, won't refund, won't do anything because it doesn't LOOK damages and they aren't allowed to LAY on it and see how the inside has failed. Don't do it - it's not worth your money - and the frustration of them doing nothing to fix their problem.

In reading these reviews, it seems like people are reviewing two different beds, as either people either seem to love or hate the product. I purchased the Genius bed about three months ago and have seen no sagging or breakdown in the bed and get a good nights sleep every night. Let me mention that I weight about 270 lbs and usually sleep in the same spot. The memory foam pops up every morning when I get out of bed and looks just like when I bought it.

Could there be a defective lot.of foam, that some people got? After reading the reviews I am very nervous that the bed won't hold up, but like I said so far so good. If the product did truly fall apart after a few months, wouldn't this ruin serta's reputation?
